1- Lettuce :
Befor storing it, it's important to keep the moisture, even though it can be difficult if you don't have a fancy container, try placing paper towel over the top of a bowel of lettuce ,befor covering, it will keep it fresh up to a week.

Get a container that is cylindrical or has a larger top than the bottom, avoid the poorly designed containers, poke a spoon or a popsicle stick through the top, then freeze it.
